Motorcycle and bicycle accidents
Motorcycle and bicycle accidents often result in severe injury or death. If you or someone you know has been hurt, call for the representation you need.

Motorcycle accidents
Most motorcycle accidents are caused by drivers of other vehicles who fail to see a motorcycle until it is too late. Even at 5 or 10 miles an hour, a car can seriously injure a motorcycle rider.
The losses can include large medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering, and physical damage to the motorcycle itself.
Bicycle accidents
As with motorcycles, bicycle accidents often happen because a driver fails to see the rider or fails to respect a rider’s right to share the road. A cyclist has little protection against 3,000 pounds or more of steel, and the result is often very serious injury or death.
In California, a driver passing a bicycle must give it at least three feet of space, and slow down when that is not possible. An experienced attorney matters at every stage of these cases.
